"So Many Options"
I was surprised by how many choices there were. You go in expecting a few options, and then suddenly you’ve got plenty to pick from. It made the whole experience feel easy and a lot more fun.

"Tasty drink, just a bit sweet"
A friend recommended this place to me, so I gave it a try. The drink tasted really good overall, but the pearls were a little too sweet for my liking. Still enjoyed it though!

"Order was a little off"
The drink itself tasted fine, but the toppings weren’t what I ordered and the sweetness didn’t really seem like the level I picked. It wasn’t a huge deal, just kind of annoying because the order was simple. Anyway.

"Great options, but sweetness can be hit or miss"
I like that there are plenty of ways to customize your drink, which is great for customers who know exactly what they want. That said, the sweetness levels felt a little inconsistent to me. I’ve ordered the same sweetness a couple of times and it didn’t always taste the same, so I could see that being frustrating for other customers too.

"Staff really knew their stuff"
I went in kind of not sure what I wanted, like at all, and the staff were super helpful without making it feel awkward. They explained the teas, toppings, sugar levels, all that, and you could tell they actually knew what people usually order. Ended up helping me pick something I genuinely liked, which was nice. Quick stop, easy, no weird pressure

"Better seating than I expected"
I stopped by Gong Cha thinking I’d just grab a drink and head out, but the seating was actually more comfortable than I expected. It’s not anything fancy, but there was enough space, and the chairs weren’t stiff or uncomfortable. I ended up sitting for a while with my drink without feeling like I needed to leave right away. Nice little spot if you want to take a short break.

"Always a clean and comfortable spot"
I’ve stopped by Gong Cha a few times now, i’m always happy with how clean the place is. The counters are wiped down, the floors look well kept, and the drink area doesn’t have that sticky mess you sometimes notice at other boba shops.

Even when it gets busy, the staff still keep things organized and clear the tables quickly. It just makes the whole experience more enjoyable when I can sit down with my drink and feel comfortable. Definitely a 5-star experience for me.

I ordered ahead and, shockingly, my drink was ready when I got there. No waiting around pretending to check my phone for ten minutes. Just grabbed it and left. Nice, quick, and suspiciously efficient

"Pretty consistent every time"
I’ve been to a few Gong Cha locations now, and my drink is almost always spot on. The pearls are soft, the tea tastes the same each time—well, actually that’s probably what I like most about it. Nothing exciting to complain about, just reliably good...

"Super convenient stop after work"
This place is right by my bus stop, so it’s really easy for me to grab a drink on my way home after work. I’m sure other people who commute nearby would find it just as convenient.

"Tasted good, but felt a little short"
The drink itself tasted totally fine, so no complaints there, but the portion felt small for what I paid. I finished it way faster than expected and was still kind of wishing I had more. I also wasn’t really sure what the next step was after ordering, like where to wait or if they’d call my name, so that part was a little confusing. Overall not bad, but I’d like it more if the cups were filled a bit more or felt like a better value.

"Pretty solid boba fix"
I ordered from Gong Cha USA and the boba was really good. The pearls were soft and chewy, maybe just about the right texture, and they didn’t have that hard center you sometimes get at other spots. The drink tasted fresh too, not like it had been watered down or sitting around. It was pretty much exactly what I wanted for a quick milk tea craving. I’d probably order again for sure.

"The loyalty points are really worth using"
I order Gong cha often, so the loyalty program has actually been a really nice bonus. The points show up fast, and I’ve already redeemed rewards a couple times without any problems. It’s just a nice little perk when I’m already grabbing bubble tea anyway. The app could be a little smoother, but overall I’m really happy with it.

"Great drinks, but I wish they stayed open later"
I stopped by hoping to grab one of their drinks after a long day, the drink itself was really good. The only downside was realizing they close earlier than I expected, which was kind of frustrating because it feels like the kind of place you’d want to swing by later in the evening. I’d definitely come back for the drinks, I just wish the hours were a little more convenient.

I went to Gong Cha with a friend and really liked the vibe inside. It was clean, bright, and just really chill, really chill. Nothing felt too fancy or overdone, but the decor was simple and cute. The seating was comfy enough for us to sit and chat for a while, and the music wasn’t blasting, which I definitely appreciated. Overall, it’s just a nice, cozy little bubble tea spot to hang out.

I ordered through gongchausa.com for pickup and it was all easy, which is exactly what I wanted. The menu was simple to figure out, payment went through without any weird issues, and when I got there my drinks were already ready. I always kind of worry the toppings or sugar level will get mixed up, but everything was right. So yeah, no complaints from me, I’d definitely order that way again.

The drinks themselves are good, but ordering through the app is way more annoying than it should be. It freezes on me when I’m picking toppings, and for some reason my saved location keeps switching around. I’ve actually given up on ordering twice because of it. Other drink apps I’ve used are much smoother, so this one really stands out in a bad way.

"Quick fix, no drama"
My drink was missing from the order and, my first thought was, “Great, here we go.” But I messaged Gong cha and they got back to me fast with a refund. Easy and hassle-free, so I’m giving them credit for actually handling it right
